AirMark: Social Flight Tracker — Last updated July 1, 2026

AirMark ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable user identifier and, on first sign-in only, your name and email address if you choose to share them. You may share a randomised relay email address instead of your real address.

User-generated content. Content you post — ride pool listings, language-help requests, and lounge check-ins — is stored in our database and visible to other signed-in users of the app.

Approximate location. With your permission, we use your approximate location to show nearby airport lounges and flight gate information. We do not store precise location history.

Flight data. Flight numbers you search for or track are sent to a third-party flight data provider (AeroDataBox via api.market) to retrieve live status. We do not store your search history on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalise the app experience (flight tracking, social features).
To display your name and content to other users in the social features you participate in.
To enforce community guidelines (review reported content).
We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

Firebase (Google). We use Firebase Firestore to store social content and Firebase Authentication to verify your identity. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

AeroDataBox / api.market. Flight status queries are processed by AeroDataBox. No personally identifiable information is sent with these requests.

Apple. Sign in with Apple is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only what Apple passes to us as described in Section 1.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and posted content are retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below. Lounge check-ins are automatically removed when you check out.

5. Children's Privacy

AirMark is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at maruti.kampli@gmail.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
